This Saturday make sure to come down the Hawkers Market happening from 5pm till late at The Independent on Kingsway & 10th! I will be there serving up my “Smoked Carnitas and Salsa Verde Grilled Cheese” paired up with 33 Acres Of Ocean West Coast Pale Ale. It’s gonna be good!!!
This sandwich is something serious with Pete’s Meat smoked pulled pork, scratch made salsa verde made with 33 Acres Of Ocean, a mix of aged sharp cheddar and mozzarella between two crispy buttered slices of sourdough bread. 33 Acres will be on hand pouring “Ocean” so make sure to grab one to wash down this tasty sandwich!
